Give Time

While providing additional funding is critical to ensuring a good school year for the Joplin Eagles, many opportunities exist for volunteers who wish to donate their time and talents toward getting the schools ready for the new year.

School will open as planned on August 17, but construction work will be ongoing right up to opening day. This will require an “all-hands-on-deck” approach to getting our classrooms ready to welcome students back to school. We’ll need people to help move furniture into classrooms, decorate walls, install books on shelves, stuff backpacks with school supplies and much, much more. There will be many other opportunities where individuals will be needed on short notice to help with one-time projects, while other volunteers will be needed to help organize and stage events.

If you would like to get involved, the opportunities are endless. We need your help to make this school year a success for all our students and educators.
